How we test. we create a player account ourselves, stake money with Bancontact, request a withdrawal and time every step. We hold the name against both of the regulator's lists and dig through the general terms.
An affiliate fee sits on the outbound links; the assessment is not altered by it. An operator without a Belgian licence is described as such, commission or not.
What the law imposes
On player protection, Belgium sits above the European average in strictness and it is built that way on purpose. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200.
Through EPIS the Gaming Commission runs centralised exclusion: a single request is enough to stay out everywhere at once. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. Under-21s have been shut out of casino, hall and betting since September 2024; the National Lottery is the exception at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.
